IKA Realty is headed by the CEO - SHOBHIT BATRA, NCR Based Realtor with an expertise in the Commercial and Industrial Sectors in Noida and Greater Noida Region, He comes with an experience of more than 2 decades. He had led a team of 50 + professionals across different verticals of the previous organisation & trained more than 200+ professionals in his career span, having vast experience of dealing with Top Corporates of India & have a great expertise in Data Management and Consultancy to Realtors for scaling their businesses.
He holds an MBA degree in Sales & Marketing from AMITY University and also Double Bachelors in the fields of Law and Commerce. He has done a Certification Leadership Programme Course from IIM Ahmedabad & Business Course with IIT DELHI, and is also currently aspiring for MRICS.
Associated with APP( Association of Property Professionals) a member body of NAR ( National Association of REALTORS ) since its Inception, he have been an active member in the Governing Body as Jt. Secretary and Treasurer & active member in all Annual Conventions of NAR - INDIA. His personal interests are being an avid reader, great love for running and cycling - have been a regular participant in the Marathons & loves to explore the world for his immense love for travel.
